Eastra Solutions was contracted by Nairobi Hospital to carry out a review of Datacenter and Core network and formulate an ICT strategy to provide a High availability environment.

The scope of our work included:

Review of Nairobi Hospital IT Infrastructure and perform a situational analysis while benchmarking against industry best practice

Upgrade current datacenter and upgrade to a Tier 3

Re-design and upgrade of core Network in-corporation High availability
